It took 8 years to find a buyer Land registry documents show that Mr Tagg had
PAID for in 1995 for his new home in Nottingham. Which was valued then at £90.000.00.This meant he would still have to pay off the mortgage of £27.950.00 plus what he paid for the re- roofing and gutters and drains. Which must mean he spent at least£35.000.00
Over 8 years dozens of people looked at the flat plus had surveys done surveyors called on us asking for information about the building all remarked that the roof was to heavy. Also the freeholder would not reply to interested purchasers letters.

He is on record claiming to be owner and dealing with the Crown Estate over purchasing the freehold.

SULC CLAIMS TO HAVE PURCHASED AND BE OWNER OF FLAT - 23 APRIL 1996.
ON 29/7/96 - FIND WOLWOWCZ IS DOWN AS LEASEHOLDER (this man also turns up as witness at Katrina Taylor trial).
POLICE RAIDS AND SEARCHES - 1996
10 July - Brighton Police SEARCH FLAT. Murder of Katrina Taylor - a Simon Williams, Slades pick up man, charged with murder of Katrina Taylor. Police search flat
20 October - Burgess Hill Police RAID FLAT. Yet again members of Slade gang involved.
24 October - approx. 6.45pm - Newhaven Police raid upstairs and take all 4 away for questioning. Search is very heavy handed - floorboards pulled up and sawn through. Policeman falls into downstairs flat (yet again members of Slades gang involved).
